How to buy HBADA and save
- Pick the model and decide on the footrest; it adds $38 to $52 depending on the chair.
- Check the color, since prices differ (the X7 in black costs $160 more than gray, and some colors were out of stock).
- Compare the sale price with the regular price on the product page; HBADA runs sales often, so judge the sale price, not the size of the discount.
- Check out; shipping is free and takes 2–5 business days.
- Use the 30-day in-home trial properly by sitting in the chair for full workdays before the window closes.
Shipping and returns
Shipping is free and takes 2–5 business days. HBADA offers a 30-day in-home trial, and returns within 30 days cover issues not caused by the customer, so read the return terms before you assemble the chair.
Pros and cons
Pros
- Clear steps up in price, from $299 to $1,699, so you can stop at the features you need.
- The E3 Pro 2026 gets most of the ergonomics of the X7 for about half the price.
- Free shipping and a 30-day in-home trial.
- Footrest options on most chairs.
Cons
- Two different chairs share the E3 Ultra name, which is confusing.
- Several colors and older models were out of stock.
- Smart features on the X7 need power, either a cable or the $99 battery.
- The regular prices are high, so judge the sale price, not the discount.
Which HBADA product should you buy?
For most people the E3 Pro 2026 is the HBADA chair to buy. It has the 3-zone lumbar support, 4D headrest and 720° armrests that make the biggest difference, at $487 without a footrest. Spend less on the E3 Air 2026 if your budget is tight, and only move up to the X7 Air if you'll use heating, massage and lumbar tracking every day.
The E3 Pro 2026 with footrest was $539 against a regular $709, a saving of $170. The X7 Air was $999 against $1,399, a saving of $400, but it still costs $460 more than the E3 Pro.
HBADA buying questions
Which HBADA chair is best for tall people?
The E3 Air 2026 and E3 Pro 2026 are listed for heights from 5'1" to 6'5". The earlier E3 Ultra is listed from 4'11" to 6'5" and has an extended height range, so it suits bigger users.
Is the HBADA footrest worth it?
It adds $38 on the E3 Air 2026 and $52 on the E3 Pro 2026. It's worth it if you recline for breaks; skip it if you sit upright at a desk all day.
Does the HBADA X7 need to be plugged in?
The smart lumbar, massage and heating need power. You can use a cable or the $99 X7 Power Battery, which HBADA says lasts about 3 days at 3 hours of use a day.
Can I return an HBADA chair?
HBADA offers a 30-day in-home trial and 30-day returns for issues not caused by the customer. Check the current policy before you order.
