Quality
BowFlex holds 3.8 from about 2,800 Trustpilot reviews. Reviewers often describe the equipment as durable, and some praise the white-glove delivery. Product complaints center on replacement parts priced close to a new machine.
Price and value
Accessories start under $40, adjustable dumbbells cost a few hundred dollars and machines up to $2,999. Sales took up to $1,200 off with free shipping when we checked, so wait for one before buying a machine.
Shipping and returns
Many machines and dumbbells ship free under current offers, and orders leave the warehouse within five days. Returns are possible within 30 days of delivery but cost $155 in return shipping plus a processing fee of up to 20%, so be sure before you order.
Customer service
BowFlex replies to most negative reviews, usually within a week. The common complaints are unreturned calls, promised callbacks that didn't happen and slow repairs.
