Is Momentous legit?
Short answer: yes, Momentous is a real store, and our score is 3.6 out of 5. The main caveat: delivered products can't be returned.
It sells protein, creatine, collagen and supplements for sleep, focus and recovery through its own website, livemomentous.com. Independent reviews are still scarce, so judge it mainly on its policies. Returns: Delivered products generally can't be returned because they're consumable, except where the law requires. Orders can be changed within about 60 minutes of placing them.
Our take: legitimate, but read the downsides below before you buy.
Quality
Momentous's 36 Trustpilot reviews average 3.0. Reviewers value the quality and third-party testing; some dislike the chewable creatine format and recent formula changes. GoSavify reviews the buying experience, not health effects.
Price and value
Most products cost $25 to $55. Travel packs and chews let you try a product cheaply, such as a five-count of creatine chews at $2.99. Reviewers say prices have risen.
Shipping and returns
US orders of $99 or more ship free. Delivered products generally can't be returned because they're consumable, and orders can only be changed within about 60 minutes of placing them.
Customer service
Many reviewers describe support as helpful; others report delays and trouble getting refunds. Momentous doesn't reply to negative reviews.
