Is Promix legit?
Short answer: yes, Promix is a real store, and our score is 3.5 out of 5. The main caveat: Trustpilot rating of 1.7, mostly about refunds.
It sells protein powder, protein bars, electrolytes and vitamins through its own website, promixnutrition.com. Independent reviews are still scarce, so judge it mainly on its policies. Returns: One-time orders can be exchanged, credited or refunded within 90 days.
Our take: legitimate, but read the downsides below before you buy.
Quality
Promix's 51 Trustpilot reviews average 1.7. Some like the clean formulas and certain flavors; others report products that tasted bad or arrived spoiled. GoSavify reviews the buying experience, not health effects.
Price and value
Products cost about $27 to $58, and refill packs less than first-order jars. Orders over $90 ship free.
Shipping and returns
One-time orders carry a $1 processing fee and can be exchanged, credited or refunded within 90 days. Reviewers say refunds were often denied for subscription or discounted purchases, and some found an added protection fee hard to remove.
Customer service
Promix doesn't reply to negative reviews, and reviewers describe support as dismissive.
