Is Topo Designs legit?
Short answer: yes, Topo Designs is a real store, and our score is 4.0 out of 5. The main caveat: packs lose shape with heavy loads.
It sells backpacks, crossbodies, travel bags, apparel and accessories through its own website, topodesigns.com. Independent reviews are still scarce, so judge it mainly on its policies. Returns: Unused products bought on its site can be returned within 30 days for a refund.
Our take: a legitimate brand worth considering.
Quality
Testers like the Rover Pack: Carryology called it one of its favorites, Pack Hacker scored it 7.9 out of 10, and REI buyers rate it 4.5. The caveats are that it loses shape with heavy loads and the main compartment can be slow to open.
Price and value
Accessories start under $20 and packs cost about $59 to $129. Code WELCOME10 takes 10% off a first order, and a recent sale was up to 50% off.
Shipping and returns
US shipping is free above a minimum shown in the cart. Unused products bought on its site can be returned within 30 days for a refund.
Customer service
Topo's only Trustpilot review describes a partly cancelled order where shipping wasn't refunded; there isn't enough feedback to judge more.
