Fashion & apparel affiliate programs

Fashion programs often pay 4% to 10% with 30-day cookies, but returns are common and reverse commission. Brands with their own audience, such as sneaker and athleisure labels, are the easiest to promote.

What to check before you join

Most fashion programs here pay a percentage with a 30-day cookie, often between about 4% and 10%, but there are outliers. Nike's range runs from 0.8% to 15% with a 7-day cookie, Nordstrom reports about 1% to 2%, and Fabletics pays a flat amount per new VIP member with a 1-day cookie. Clothes are returned often, and a returned order usually reverses your commission, so read the brand's return rules as well as the rate. Some programs, such as SKIMS, are invite-only. Brands with a clear identity, like athleisure and sneaker labels, are easier to write about than general department stores.
