Is Blueland legit?

Short answer: yes, Blueland is a real store, and our score is 4.4 out of 5. The main caveat: some reviewers find the cleaning strength weak on heavy messes.

It sells refillable cleaning bottles, tablet refills, laundry and dish products through its own website, blueland.com. Public ratings: Trustpilot (blueland.com) 4.2 (832). Returns: Free returns, per Blueland's site.

Our take: a legitimate brand worth considering.

Quality

Blueland holds 4.2 out of 5 from 832 Trustpilot reviews, and reviewers often single out the dishwasher tablets. Critical reviews say the cleaners struggle with heavy messes and that some "forever" bottles and sprayers broke.

Price and value

Refill tablets cost a few dollars each, and starter sets more. Autoship saves 20%, year-long bundles save up to 35%, and orders over $50 ship free, so stocking up is the cheapest way to buy.

Shipping and returns

Orders over $50 ship free and returns are free, per Blueland's site. Shipping problems come up in a few reviews, including an order that never arrived.

Customer service

Blueland replies to more than half of its negative Trustpilot reviews, and reviewers like how easy it is to skip or change an autoship order.
