Is Boll & Branch legit?

Short answer: yes, Boll & Branch is a real store, and our score is 4.3 out of 5. The main caveat: some reviewers report pilling or tears over time.

It sells sheets, duvet covers, quilts, blankets and towels through its own website, bollandbranch.com. Public ratings: Trustpilot (bollandbranch.com) 4.6 (502). Check its return policy before you order.

Our take: a legitimate brand worth considering.

Quality

Boll & Branch averages 4.6 across about 500 Trustpilot reviews, and the most common praise is how soft and comfortable the sheets and towels feel. The complaints are wear over time, such as pilling and tears, and a few reviewers found certain sheets stiff.

Price and value

Sheet sets cost about $250 to $380, and quilts and duvets more. Code ICON took 20% off Signature sheets and waffle blankets when we checked, and email sign-up gets 15% off a first order of $200 or more.

Shipping and returns

The site advertises free shipping. Return terms weren't stated on the policy pages we checked, so confirm them before you order, especially for washed bedding.

Customer service

Service is a strength: Boll & Branch replies to most negative reviews, and reviewers describe support as quick, respectful and willing to fix problems.
