Is Tuft & Needle legit?
Short answer: yes, Tuft & Needle is a real store, and our score is 3.9 out of 5. The main caveat: one return or exchange per household per 12 months.
It sells mattresses, adjustable bases, sheets, duvets and pillows through its own website, tuftandneedle.com. Independent reviews are still scarce, so judge it mainly on its policies. Returns: A 100-night trial with a full refund; one return or exchange per household per 12 months. A 10-year limited warranty covers mattresses.
Our take: legitimate, but read the downsides below before you buy.
