Quality
Chemical Guys has 166 Trustpilot reviews averaging 1.3, and 85% are one star. Reviewers report leaking bottles, products that separate or streak, and weak performance, though some find individual products good.
Price and value
Most kits cost $18 to $90, and many were below their regular price. A recent sale took up to 40% off select products, and orders over $75 ship free.
Shipping and returns
Orders ship in one to three business days, often the same day, and arrive in two to nine. Returns of new, unopened items within 30 days need an RMA number, carry a 15% restocking fee and you pay return shipping. Reviewers also report late or missing items.
Customer service
The profile is unclaimed and shows no replies. Reviewers describe support as automated and unhelpful, so a local auto parts store may be the easier place to buy.
