Is GHOST legit?

Short answer: yes, GHOST is a real store, and our score is 4.5 out of 5. The main caveat: sale and discounted items can't be refunded.

It sells pre-workout, protein, hydration, energy drinks and apparel through its own website, ghostlifestyle.com. Public ratings: Trustpilot (ghostlifestyle.com) 4.9 (2,008). Returns: Unopened products within 15 days of delivery; opened products can be exchanged within 5 days. Sale and discounted items can't be refunded.

Our take: a legitimate brand worth considering.

Quality

GHOST averages 4.9 across about 2,000 Trustpilot reviews. Reviewers enjoy the flavors and quality; a few find some flavors artificial. GoSavify reviews the buying experience, not health effects.

Price and value

Tubs cost about $30 to $55, and bundles bring the price down, such as one at $98.99 instead of $109.99. Apparel is often marked down.

Shipping and returns

Shipping cost shows at checkout. Unopened products can be returned within 15 days of delivery, opened products exchanged within five days, and sale or discounted items can't be refunded.

Customer service

Service is GHOST's strength: it replies to most negative reviews, and reviewers say replacements and exchanges were offered without hassle, even for opened or damaged items.
