Is Casper legit?
Short answer: yes, Casper is a real store, and our score is 3.5 out of 5. The main caveat: Trustpilot rating of 2.0 from about 6,000 reviews.
It sells mattresses, pillows, bedding, bed frames and bundles through its own website, casper.com. Public ratings: Trustpilot (casper.com) 2.0 (6,093). Returns: A 100-night mattress trial with free returns after a 30-night adjustment period. Pillows and bedding can be returned within 30 days if unused and in original packaging.
Our take: legitimate, but read the downsides below before you buy.
